Closers

This is the story of 19 year old Hootie Mayor, a high school dropout who would become a central figure in an out-of-control punk economy that defined the 1990s in Montreal. It is a story of greed, violence and corruption perpetrated by organized crime figures, politicians occupying the highest seats of power, and the kids swept up in its wake.
