Last Year

A coming of age story about an accident that takes the life of a 14 year old boy and how his friends, family and the cop that killed him cope in the aftermath of the tragedy. Last Year is a story of tragedy and trauma seen through the eyes of both the young victims and the young perpetrator. It is about youthful fears, grief, regret, friendships, love, and a single moment in time that has a far-reaching and devastating impact on everyone involved. But most simply, it is about a loss of innocence and discovering how profound and confusing that can be when you’re not ready for it.
